The Kids Behind the Blog, May Edition

Today I am linking up with Beth, Crystal and Stephanie for a monthly interview with the Kids Behind the Blog.  Before I share my kid's answers to the questions the hosts came up with, I thought I would share a few of my kid's comical conversations from the last week.  Also, I have included the video at the end of my youngest two, if you want to hear their sweet answers.

JESS

Conversations with Jess....

Jess:  Smell my breath, Mom.
Me:  Wow, that smells nice.  Did you brush your teeth?
Jess:  Yep, and then I ate some sour patch kids, so I would have extra good breath.

And onto Jess' interview...

What is something I always say to you?

I love you!

What makes Mommy happy?

Me being around you.

How do I make you laugh?

By tickling me.

What do you enjoy doing with me?

Playing, reading books and watching TV.

What is my favorite thing to do?

Read books with me.

JENTRY

Conversations with Jentry....

Me:  Jentry, if I see you pick your nose one more time, you are going to be in trouble.
Me again:  Jentry, where are you going?
Jentry:  Upstairs...to pick my nose!

And, Jentry's interview...

What is something I always say to you?

Go to Papa's & Grandma's.

What makes Mommy happy?

Eating Popcicles.

How do I make you laugh?

Tickle Me.

What do you enjoy doing with me?

Play Legos.

What is my favorite thing to do?

Play bubbles with me.

KENDALL

I don't have a video or funny conversation with Kendall...and actually her interview was done via text.  I'm pretty sure she still lives here, because there are mounds of laundry in her room, I just never see her.  I think I saw her for a total of 2.3 seconds yesterday.  Seriously.

Kendall's interview...

What is something I always say to you?

Unload the dishwasher, please.

What makes Mommy happy?

When we are all together and watching movies in our pajamas.

How do I make you laugh?

By singing or showing me your baby pictures.

What do you enjoy doing with me?

Having a girls day out (and eating at La Madeleine).

What is my favorite thing to do?

Spend time with the family in the backyard.

    1. Thank you, me too! I am never sure if they're going to do it or if we're going to have to do a couple of takes, but they always get it right the first time. Or close to right...

    1. Thanks! I am always nervous when we go to the dentist that his "do it yourself" brushing might not be up to par, but so far he's cavity free.

    1. I'm not sure you get a sticker on your chore chart for brushing your teeth if you eat candy immediately after!! Crazy Kid!
