My blog friend, Dara, does a little interview with her kid's on their birthdays, so I decided to borrow her idea and ask my family a five questions about my birthday to see what they come up with.
Question #1: How old did I turn on my birthday:
Hubby: Older Than Me (He's right)
Kendall: 37 (Unfortunately, she right, too)
Jess: 17 ( I like the way he thinks)
Jentry: 6 (Sometimes I still act like a 6 year old)
Question #2: If you could buy me anything for my birthday, what would it be?
Hubby: A surprise, something from the heart, and not cookies sheets or something last minute. (Truth)
Kendall: A trip to Stars Hollow (She knows me sooo well!)
Jess: A new dress (I'll take it!)
Jentry: A Robot (Yes, if it's Rosie from the Jetson's)
Question #3: What kind of birthday cake should I have?
Hubby: A kind without sugar (absolutely)
Kendall: Red Velvet (I like that, too)
Jess: A pink cake with 17 candles (I love him)
Jentry: A princess cake! (Well, why not?)
Question #4: What do I do all day when you're at school/work?
Hubby: Clean house, chase the kids, laundry, jog, go to Bible Study. (I do!)
Kendall: You watch those crazy kids and write an awesome blog. The list could go on. (She's kissing up, It's almost Christmas)
Jess: Work on the computer. (aka: blogging)
Jentry: "Waundree (laundry), it's you're favorite." (You'd think that, as much as I do)
Question #5: What is something you have learned from me?
Mark: How to pray for our children's future spouses. (LOVE!)
Kendall: If you're going to do something, put your all into it. Don't halfway do something.
Jess: How to make cookies.
Jentry: Twirling!
Jess will have a great Christmas! Happy birthday sweet Emily. Celebrate all week, sweetie.
